Nothing predestined him to choose the way of cooking, coming from a family of circus artist, it is almost naturally that Corentin also chose this family vocation.
It was during his travels to Asia and his 2 years in Indonesia that the kitchen virus touched him and he returned to Europe with a very personal vision of gastronomy, largely inspired by Asian and Indian flavors.
The "classic cuisine" is not left behind following training courses in our country, this chef had the opportunity to do some of his courses at "L'Eau Vive" from Pierre Resimont.
Today, Corentin offers you his artistic vision of an adventurous and perfumed "fusion cuisine".
